Choose to Move!
Jump start an exercise program at National Conference or introduce some new techniques to your existing routine!  It's as easy as 30-minutes a day.  Amber O'Neal, business owner and personal trainer of Atlanta's Cafe Physique, will lead three exercise sessions following the first week of the American Heart Association Choose To Move program.  To reserve your space at the exercise sessions, send a message to bpwevents@bpwusa.org.  All levels of physical ability are welcome.

Live Juicy! How To Be A Resilient Leader, Opening Business Session and Keynote
Keynote Speaker: Anne Barab Audiences describe presentations by resilience expert, Anne Barab, as “combining the wisdom of Mark Twain with the humor of Lucille Ball.” While many think leadership means a head title, Barab works to help folks realize they can lead from anywhere in an organization. She will challenge you to absorb and process creative concepts, and provide take home tools to help you grow professionally and personally.

The Exhibition Center will be the hub of activity highlighting partner companies and showcasing their products and services to hundreds of working women. Visit our lead sponsors BMW and AARP at their exhibits! Also, don't miss prize drawings, the BPW/USA booth and an opportunity to test drive a BMW.

The exhibition center will also feature Personal and Professional Coaching stations, Financial and Health Pavilions, Resume Critiquing, Refreshment Breaks and Book Signings - see program for schedule.

Opening Plenary Session
Speaker: The Honorable Mayor Shirley Franklin - Atlanta, GA. In 2001 the people of Atlanta elected Shirley Franklin, a first time candidate for public office, to serve as the 58th Mayor of the City of Atlanta. She also became the first female mayor and the first African American woman to serve as mayor of a major southern city.

Women's Advancement Luncheon, sponsored by BPW Foundation - ticketed event
Join BPW Foundation to hear Jennifer Salisbury discuss her transition from veteran and nuclear engineer to successful business owner and author. She’s also this year’s featured BPW/Hawaii Young Careerist. BPW Foundation will also be honoring its supporters and donors at this very special recognition event.

The Legend Awards
Hosted by Ann Barab, this elegant affair will honor BPW/USA members and locals who have provided exemplary leadership and valuable contributions towards the organization's mission in the areas of membership, fundraising and legislative initiatives. The winners of the BPW/USA Young Careerist and Individual Development competitions will also be announced.

Legacies Forum, sponsored by Global Summit of Women - Opening Plenary Session
Moderator: Irene Natividad Panelists: TBA The Legacies of Women panel discussion will feature successful working women discussing challenges, strategies and lessons learned from their professional journeys. Ms. Natividad is a recognized leader for women in the United States. As the President of the Global Summit of Women, an annual international gathering of women leaders from around the world, she works to promote the increased participation of women on corporate boards globally. Ms. Natividad runs her own public affairs firm, GlobeWomen, based in Washington, D.C. A sought-after commentator, her views are aired nationally on PBS To The Contrary, an all-women news analysis series in which she serves as a regular panelist.

Friday night's social will be enhanced by casual remarks from Networking Expert and BPW Member, Penny Powers. You will receive trivia a question or answer, and after you find your match and meet one another, Penny will address the group with simple steps for networking. Following her remarks, the movie "A League of Their Own" will be shown. Don’t miss it!
